Workshop Project 3

For the 3 genres I'm working in, I decided to do a PowerPoint, poster and a flyer. For the flyer I was planning on making up an event that the FSU BCM is "doing" even though the event won't exist and will be in the past. The event I'm planning to do is a trip to St. George Island which will be free to everyone who wants to go, just a relaxing beach day with no strings attached. The poster will be mainly focused on the service that they do every Tuesday night at 7, it will also include what the message for that specific night will be and have some pictures on it. The PowerPoint will tie it all together and include pictures of past events that they've done in this semester and last semester.

I told my ideas to people in the class and my writing group about how I plan to go about it. They believe that the flyer is a good idea of =I'm just doing it on an event that's going on. They suggested that the PowerPoint includes transitions and sound effects to engage the audience and keep them roped in.
